Only you can tell the story of your life and what it means.  I believe in helping clients re-story their lives in order to find their strenghts and feel empowered to reach their goals. I have several years experience helping adults and children heal from trauma.  I love the uniqueness of teens For younger children, I use a non-directive play therapy approach.  I also work with groups and individuals to record their memories in written format. This is of special value to terminally ill or elderly clients but can be of benefit for anyone. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.
