Gracie's areas of emphasis include depression and anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress disorder, trauma recovery, domestic violence, divorce recovery, conflict resolution, same sex orientation, binge eating disorder, and grief and loss issues. She works with couples to enhance their relationship and families to reunite and strengthen broken bonds. She easily establishes relationships with children and is committed to the work she does to enrich the quality of their lives and feelings. Gracie believes that individuals and families can successfully make positive changes as a result of insights and decisions which she respectfully has the opportunity to help facilitate. She is continually involved in specialized training in a variety of areas pertinent to mental health counseling and most recently completed specialized training in adolescent issues. In addition to individual counseling, Gracie has coordinated and facilitated groups centered around divorce
recovery, eating disorders, self esteem and empowerment,domestic violence, grief and loss, and couples therapy. Another specialty area is recovery from childhood physical and/or sexual abuse. Gracie is active in working in the court system in various capacities.
