I am a counselor of 18 years who has the ability to help clients identify the blocks and patterns that are keeping them stuck in pain and unhappiness. Once we identify the pattern, I teach tools to help them begin the change process. My purpose is to assist clients with the creation of a happier life. I see clients with most mental health issues, including adult ADD/ADHD, fears and anxiety, bipolar II, depression, self esteem and adults sexually abused as children. In addition I have a large practice working with marriage and relationship issues.
