I work with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues/concerns.  I provide individual, couples and family therapy.  I use an eclectic approach that incorporates systems theory, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy techniques, emotional-regulation techniques, spirituality and interpersonal techniques.  My style is a blend of process and directive; providing a safe place for processing emotion as well as skill building and educational pieces when it seems helpful.
