My clinical experience includes working with blended families, adolescents, psychotic disorders, severe depression and anxiety, PTSD, drug/alcohol recovery, and many other mental health issues. I have between 4-5,000 clinic hours working with private and Medicaid based clients. My approach to counseling is mostly cognitive behavioral using Adlerian techniques, existentialism, and Reality Therapy. I enjoy working with all types of clients, helping them find ways to help themselves.
