My approach to therapy is client centered with a focus on assisting the clients to find their own path of healing and wellness.  I recently completed mediation training, which I find helpful when working with families.  I enjoy utilizing play as a part of therapy with children and encourage families to be involved in their children s therapy as they heal.  I also work with adolescents and adults with any type of challenge to find wellness and balance in their lives.
