Life offers incredible opportunities for personal growth and enlightenment. I have come to appreciate that these life transforming moments are often accompanied by great pain and suffering. As a mental health counselor I can help guide individuals through what is often the overwhelming, confusing and/or the scary part of their journey, whether that means dealing with life change, significant loss, or in attempting to define personal meaning and purpose. I am always honored in being able to share in an individual’s pursuit of self understanding while watching as they reach their own self determined destination.
