"Empowerment" is how I define my mission as a counselor.  I'm here to help you get what you want in life--be it more balance or joyfulness, improvement in relationships or career, help with healing, or a listening ear as you sort out what it is that you want.  I believe that we all deserve to feel as good as we can in body, mind, and spirit.  Therapy can be a gift to yourself, making your life's journey more pleasurable, insightful and rich. I have 19 years of experience as a therapist and use many advanced techniques such as EMDR and Narrative therapy.  I've also been a small-business consultant for 28 years and bring a strong sense of practical problem-solving to my work with clients. You will find me to be warm, caring, and hard-working.
