I believe that in our journey of life we will all experience some crisis at times.  At times we can feel overwhelmed and need help and other times we do fine.  It is a lot like riding horse. Most of the time it is a pleasant and enjoyable experience.   However there are times when that horse can get the best of us.  It is those times when we are overwhelmed that having the help of a professional counselor can help us get back up on the horse and have an enjoyable ride.  Working together, we can tame that horse.
