Domestic Violence Court Coordinator:  The Idaho Supreme Court has grant funding for domestic violence courts in Idaho. The Fourth Judicial District is has domestic violence courts in Ada County and is seeking a Domestic Violence Court Coordinator, who will provide personal services as an independent contractor. The Domestic Violence Court Coordinator is responsible for the improvement of the justice system response in enhancing victim safety and improving offender accountability. The Domestic Violence Court Coordinator is also responsible for the effective operations, continuous quality improvement, and outcomes evaluation of the Fourth Judicial District Domestic Violence Court program. IMHCA Ethics Training Spring 2012. The IMHCA ethics training for the spring will review the ethics of supervision.  This three-hour workshop will explore ethical considerations for both supervisors and supervisees.  The focus of this workshop will remain on ethical implication in supervision and will not be a supervision workshop.  Topics to be covered include gate keeping and professional advocacy, counselor self-care and effectiveness, implications for clients (e.g. confidentiality), supervisor competence, and technology use in supervision.
