I believe in each person's journey of self exploration is different.  I focus on client centered therapy, meaning you drive the therapy; we talk about and focus on what you believe your needs and wants are.  I have a background in the Juvenile Court System, with my main areas of speciality being addictions, angery and defiant adolescents, self harming behaviors, trauma and mood disorders.  You will have my undivided attention and I will meet you where you are in order to meet your specific goals.
