My counseling style typically involves cognitive behavioral strategies, gaining insight, and solution focused approaches.  Adding biofeedback to the counseling process is a very effective method to address anxiety and stress related problems.  Neurofeedback is a very powerful tool to address a variety of conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression and other cogntive and emotional disorders.
